The Court is not inclined to delay hearing on the Preliminary Injunction until after Plaintiffs' snap benefits are suspended. The government's Reply shall (1) state precisely when Plaintiffs' six-month disqualification under 7 C.F.R. Section 278.6(e)(5) will, absent intervention, begin; and (2) respond to Plaintiffs' proposal that their "SNAP licensure... remain active during the pendency of the Court's consideration of the preliminary injunction motion."
