Scarsi: Order re: Settlement.The parties have advised the Court they have reached a settlement in both this case and the related case, 2:22-cv-04349-MCS-AS, Steven Madick v. Presidio, Inc. et al. In CV 22-4349-MCS and the related case CV 23-6228-MCS, the Court orders that the actions be dismissed without prejudice. All hearings are vacated. The Court will retain jurisdiction to vacate this order and reopen the actions within 45 days upon the request by showing of good cause why the settlement cannot be completed within the 45-day time period, explaining what further processes are necessary and when the party or parties making the request reasonably expects the process to be concluded. This order does not preclude the filing of a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice which does not require the approval of the Court pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 41 (a)(l)(a). Such a stipulation shall be filed within 45 days unless otherwise ordered by the Court pursuant to a stipulation of the parties supported by good cause. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (lc)
