ORDER FOR RETURN OF MINOR UNDER THE HAGUE CONVENTION #14 by Judge Hernan D. Vera. The Court finds and orders as follows: The minor child A.A.C.'s place of habitual residence under the Hague Convention is the City of La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Under the terms of the Hague Convention, this District Court is authorized to issue an order returning a minor child to his/her place of habitual residence. Immediately upon conclusion of the September 14, 2023 hearing, Respondent shall return the Minor to the physical custody of Petitioner. Respondent shall not be responsible for any attorneys' fees or costs of litigation regarding this matter, including but not limited to any costs associated with return of the Minor to Mexico.
