(In Chambers): Order Re: Letter from Plaintiff (ECF No. 10) by Judge Sunshine Suzanne Sykes: On September 25, 2023, Plaintiff filed a letter asking for a form to request that he proceed without prepayment of the filing fees. (ECF No. 10.) In the same letter, he asked for a form to request appointment of counsel. (Id.) Plaintiffs request is granted in part. The Clerk of the Court shall send Plaintiff a blank form CV-60P, a request to proceed without prepayment of filing fees. Plaintiff shall fill out form CV-60P in its entirety and return it tothe Court within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. It is unnecessary for Plaintiff to use any particular form to request appointment of counsel.Plaintiff may send his request directly to the Court. The Court, however, will appoint counsel only under exceptional circumstances. IT IS SO ORDERED. See order for more information. (shb)
