ORDER OF DISMISSAL by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: On 8/22/2023, the Court issued an order explaining that Plaintiff had not provided sufficient information for the Court to determine whether he met the financial requirements to proceed IFP and that Plaintiff's complaint raised multiple substantive problems and sought relief that was unavailable as a matter of law #8 . The Court gave Plaintiff another chance, ordering that if he wanted to pursue his damages claims in this Court, he must file an amended IFP application and an amended complaint by 9/15/2023. The September 15 deadline has passed, and Plaintiff has not filed an amended IFP application, an amended complaint, or any other document suggesting that he still wishes to prosecute this case. Accordingly, pursuant to the Court's August 22 order, this action is DISMISSED without prejudice. A final judgment will be entered separately. (gk)

ORDER FOR AMENDED IN FORMA PAUPERIS APPLICATION AND AMENDED COMPLAINT by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: Plaintiff submitted an incomplete Request to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) #3 that does not adequately show that he is entitled to proceed IFP. His request does not include the amount of Social Security benefits he has received in the last 12 months, nor does it answer whether Plaintiff owns cash or has money in any bank accounts. Neither Plaintiff's IFP application nor his complaint provides sufficient information for the Court to determine whether to allow Plaintiff to proceed IFP. Accordingly, if Plaintiff wishes to pursue his damages claims before this Court, he is ORDERED no later than 9/15/2023 to file (1) an amended IFP application containing all required information and (2) an amended complaint that more clearly states the basis for his claims and the relief he seeks. If Plaintiff does not file his amended IFP application and amended complaint by September 15, this action will be dismissed without prejudice. (gk)
