The action is stayed until January 22, 2025, or until USCIS renders a decision on Plaintiff's asylum application, whichever is earlier. ByJanuary 22, 2025, the parties shall file a joint status report updating the Court with the status of the asylum application and addressing whether the stay should be extended. Additionally, the parties shall file a joint status report within seven days of any final decision on the application.
