Pregerson: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that upon the arrest of the defendants, $2,000,000.00 in Bank Funds in Bank of America Account '3095. $992,751.84 in Bank Funds in U.S. Bank Account '6297, $541,918.00 in Bank Funds in Capital One Account '3120. $498,782.61 in Bank Funds in Capital One Account '5450, $986.521.34 in Bank Funds in JP Morgan Chase Bank Account '6707, and $705,010,92 in Bank Funds in Bank of America Account '3272 ("Defendants"), Reggie Rankin of Fines, Penalties, and Forfeiture, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, ("CBP", 301 E. Ocean Blvd., 9th Floor, Long Beach, CA 90802, shall assume custody of the defendants on behalf of this Court, in place of the United States Marshals Service ("USMS"), and shall maintain custody of such defendants during the time in remains in custodia legis; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, before the delivery of the defendants after such release or disposal is ordered, all costs and charges of the Court and its officers, note particularly the CBP, as Substitute Custodian, must first be paid, pursuant to Supplemental Rule E(50(c); and IT IS FURTHERED ORDERED that, as Substitute Custodian of the defendants, CBP shall perform all duties and responsibilities that the USM is authorized to perform pursuant to the Supplemental Rules.
