ORDER RE: JOINT STIPULATION FOR FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION AND FOR STAY OF ACTION, #14 by Judge Christina A. Snyder: The Court ORDERS as follows: (1) All of Plaintiff Passion Schoolfields claims in this case shall be submitted to binding arbitration pursuant to the Arbitration Agreement attached to the parties stipulation as Exhibit A; (2) This case and all proceedings related to this case shall be stayed pending the completion of binding arbitration; (3) Counsel shall file a quarterly joint report detailing the status of the case within 120 days and every quarter thereafter until the action has been reactivated on this Courts active caseload or a stipulation for dismissal is filed. (4) The Court administratively closes the case, but any party can reopen the matter for further proceedings by filing a request to reopen. IT IS SO ORDERED. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (shb)
