Marshall, re Complaint (Prisoner Civil Rights), #1 On August 17, 2023, plaintiff Raymond George Glass, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, filed a civil rights complaint. With his Complaint, plaintiff included a request for a temporary restraining order ("TRO") and preliminary injunction: (1) preventing his transfer back to CSP-LAC; and (2) providing medical attention for his lower back injury.
