MINUTES [IN CHAMBERS] ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO UPDATE ADDRESS #6 AND SUA SPONTE EXTENDING TIME TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT'S SEPTEMBER 12, 2023 ORDER #5 by Judge Dolly M. Gee. On October 5, 2023, Plaintiff Eric Gray filed a motion to change his address on file with the Court. The motion is GRANTED, and the Clerk shall appropriately update Plaintiff's contact information with regard to this action. Plaintiff shall either pay the filing fee or shall file his prison trust account statement for the last six months and a certificate of authorized officer signed by the appropriate officer at his institution by November 13, 2023. Failure to do so may result in denial of the in forma pauperis request and dismissal of this action without prejudice. (rolm)
