Based on a review of the Stipulation to Order Re Plaintiff's Filing of First Amended Complaint, sufficient good cause has been shown for the requested relief. Therefore, the Stipulation is APPROVED, as follows: Plaintiff shall file a First Amended Complaint on or before December 18, 2023. Defendant Sony Music Publishing shall have 21 days to respond to the FAC. Because the FAC will be filed, Defendants are not required to file any response to the initial complaint. IT IS SO ORDERED.
