IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED BETWEEN THE SETTLING PARTIES AND ORDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT AS FOLLOWS: Defendant agrees to make a payment totaling Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00) to the Los Cerritos Wetlands Trust made within thirty (30) days of the Entry date, payable to the Los Cerritos Wetlands Trust and sent via overnight mail to Los Cerritos Wetlands Trust, P.O. Box 30165, Long Beach, California 90853. Defendant agrees to pay a total of Forty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($47,500.00) to LA Waterkeeper to partially reimburse Plaintiff for their investigation fees and costs, expert/consultant fees and costs, reasonable attorneys' fees, and other costs incurred as a result of investigating and filing the lawsuit, and negotiating a resolution of this matter within thirty (30) days of the Entry Date.
