ORDER STAYING ACTION PENDING MEDIATION by Judge Andre Birotte Jr.: The Court APPROVES the parties' Stipulation #12 and ORDERS that this case is stayed until 3/4/2024, pending mediation. All dates and deadlines set in the Court's 11/16/2023 Order Setting Scheduling Conference (Dkt. No. 8), including the 2/9/2024 Scheduling Conference, are vacated. The parties must file a Joint Report regarding the results of the mediation within ten days after the date of the mediation. In the event the case is not resolved through mediation, Cassisevan's time to file a motion for remand is extended to 30 days after the mediation concludes, or ten days after the end of the stay, whichever is later.
