MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: On January 8, 2024, Plaintiffs filed the Complaint in this matter. (Compl., ECF No. 1.) The Court reviewed the Complaint and found no basis for federal jurisdiction over this action. (Min. Order, ECF No. 10.) Accordingly, on January 10, 2024, the Court dismissed Plaintiffs' Complaint with leave to amend the jurisdictional allegations within fourteen days. (Id. at 2.) The Court cautioned Plaintiffs that "[f]ailure to file a timely amended complaint that includes adequate jurisdictional allegations... will be deemed a concession by Plaintiffs thatjurisdiction is lacking, and the Court will close this case." (Id.) The deadline to file an amended complaint has expired and the Court has not received any further filings from Plaintiffs. Accordingly, the Court directs the Clerk of Court to close this case.
