The Court DENIES the motion without prejudice to renewal for three reasons. First, Plaintiff brings the motion under the auspices of Rule 4(f) and (h)(2), but this rule may not apply to the extent Plaintiff seeks to serve Defendants through their patent attorney. Second, assuming sending an email to the address associated with the rightsholder identified by Amazon would constitute foreign service to China, Plaintiff offers no argument why "the particularities and necessities" of this case require service by email.
