Defendant Paramount Global's deadline to respond to the Complaint is extended to April 1, 2024. If the parties agree to a resolution of the case, they shall file a corresponding notice within five days thereafter, which includes a proposed date by which they will seek the dismissal of the action. If the parties request a further extension of the April 1, 2024 deadline, the filing shall include a statement as to the procedural status of settlement discussions, including when discussions occurred and who was present, as well as whether further discussions are scheduled.
