ORDER RE JOINT STIPULATION TO EXTEND TIME FOR DEFENDANT TO RESPOND TO INITIAL COMPLAINT (DKT. #10 ) by Judge John A. Kronstadt: Based on a review of the Joint Stipulation to Extend Time for Defendant to Respond to Initial Complaint (the "Stipulation" (Dkt. #10 )), it is determined that party and judicial efficiency will be served by the requested relief given the pending Motion to Remand (the "Motion to Remand" (Dkt. #11 )), which has since been scheduled for a hearing on March 25, 2024, as well as recognition that Defendant will be required to respond to the initial complaint in the Superior Court if the motion to remand is granted. Therefore, the Stipulation is APPROVED IN PART, as follows:Defendant's time to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint is extended to April 8, 2024; provided, however, this is without prejduice to a request for a further extension based on the proceedings on March 25, 2024, with respect to the Motion to Remand.
