| Filing 15 JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 68 by Judge Andre Birotte Jr.: Plaintiff Joseph Nosal has accepted Defendant Mercedes-Benz USA LLC's Offer of Judgment #14 . The Court therefore ENTERS the following Judgment: Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant in the sum of $58,000, plus any additional lease payments made by Plaintiff on or after 3/7/2024. In addition, MBUSA will pay Mercedes-Benz financial services USA LLC directly the remaining amounts necessary to repurchase the 2020 Mercedes Benz E53C4 and obtain clear title. Plaintiffs attorneys' fees and costs will be paid by Defendant to be determined by this court to have been reasonably incurred by Plaintiff. The parties must meet and confer thoroughly concerning any anticipated motion for attorneys' fees. For purposes of the fee motion, Plaintiff is the prevailing party.
