For purpose of identifying the appropriate venue for remand, counsel for Plaintiffs and Defendants shall, no later than February 29, 2024, meet and confer concerning the appropriate venue for remand of this case. Represented parties shall submit joint venue recommendations to the Court by March 8, 2024. If the choice of venue is in dispute for a case, then the joint submission shall note each party's choice and indicate that an agreement was not reached.
