Accordingly, the Request is MOOT as to the time of filing the Answer by Bohorquez, but is DENIED retroactively as to the Request on behalf of Kobieco, and the filing of the Answer on behalf of Kobieco. Only individuals may represent themselves pro se. Because Kobieco is an "organization or entity," pursuant to L.R. 83-2.1., it can only appear in this action by a licensed attorney.
