ORDER DISMISSING FEDERAL CLAIMS AND DECLINING SUPPLEMENTAL JURISDICTION by Judge Justin L. Quackenbush: (see document image for further details). IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 1. Plaintiff's claims for violation of the TILA and RESPA are time-barred. Accordingly, Counts 5, 6, and 10 of the First Amended Complaint, the federal law claims, are hereby dismissed with prejudice. 2. The court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining thirteen (13) state law claims and they are dismissed without prejudice. 3. The Clerk shall close this file.
