Filing 128 JUDGMENT by Judge Dolly M. Gee. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED AS FOLLOWS: The Court, for purposes of this Judgment, adopts all defined terms as set forth in the Stipulation filed in this case. As contemplated by the Stipulation, Clas s Counsel have filed a motion for approval of certain fees, costs, and enhancement payments, and the Court has approved the following payments: (a) attorneys' fees payable to Class Counsel in this matter in the amount of $937,500; (b) all owable costs in this matter in the amount of $21,168.62, and (c) enhancement award of $20,000 to the Class Representative for expending significant time and effort assisting Class Counsel. The Court finds that such amounts, and KBR's agreement to pay such amounts, are fair and reasonable. KBR is directed to make such payments out of the Maximum Settlement Amount to be deposited in the Qualified Settlement Fund, through the Claims Administrator, in accordance with the terms of the Stipulation. 11. As further contemplated by the Stipulation, the claims administration costs of $30,000 to the Claims Administrator, Rust Consulting, Inc. (Rust), are fair and reasonable. See document for details. Filing 41 IN CHAMBERS ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY ACTION SHOULD NOT BE STAYED by Judge Dolly M. Gee. The parties are hereby ordered to show cause why this action should not be stayed as a result of the filing of Defendant Molycorp, Inc.s bankruptcy petition.
