Filing 46 FINAL JUDGMENT by Judge Stephen V. Wilson. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that judgment be entered in favor of all defendants and against all plaintiffs on the federal claims which are set forth in plaintiffs' complaint in the Eig hth, Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh, Twelfth and Thirteenth Causes of Action. The comt declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claims and dismisses the remaining state law claims which comprise the First, Second, Third, Fourth, F ifth, Sixth and Seventh Causes of Action. T IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the court denies plaintiffs' request for a continuance under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 56( d) and therefore further denies as moot all remaining is sues raised in the plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment. This comt incorporates the factual and legal findings to support this judgment in its Order of Ruling, Document 42 , filed March 2, 2015. IT IS FURTHER, ORDERD, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that defendants shall be entitled to their statutory costs as allowable by law. (MD JS-6, Case Terminated). (lom) |
