February 10, 2015	Filing 13 MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS by Judge Percy Anderson: On December 30, 2014, the Court issued an order to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution. Plaintiff was ordered to respond to the order to show cause by January 12 , 2015. On January 12, 2015, plaintiff filed a response to the OSC wherein he requested that the Court continue the Order to Show Cause to February 9, 2015 to allow plaintiff and defendant to dismiss the action. To date, Plaintiff has not filed a dismissal of the action. The Court finds that Plaintiff has abandoned this action. The Court therefore dismisses this action without prejudice for lack of prosecution. See document for details. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (smo)
