STIPULATED FINAL JUDGMENT AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION AGAINST DEFENDANT DEJAVU WHOLESALE, INC. 17 by Judge John A. Kronstadt. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED THAT: That judgment be entered in favor of Sream against Dejavu on all claims. Dejavu, and those acting on Dejavu's behalf are permanently enjoined from producing, etc, (a) any product bearing the RooR Marks or (b) any design, mark, or feature that is confusingly similar to the RooR Marks (collectively, the "Injunction").
