Wilson: The Court HEREBY ORDERS THE FOLLOWING: The Court confirms as final the appointment of Kirkland Oard as Class Representative and awards him $10,000.00 for his services as Class Representative; The Court approves the payment of fees and other charges of the settlement administrator Phoenix Settlement Administrators, totaling $4,900.00; The Court grants an award of attorneys fees of $125,00.00 (25 percent of the total settlement sum) and litigation costs of $25,380.26, for a total fee and expense award of $150,380.26 to be deducted from the settlement fund of $500,000.00 pursuant to the terms of the Stipulation and. Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Administrator shall pay the above-stated attorneys' fees and costs to Class Counsel within 20 calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Paragraph 1.13 of the settlement.
