MINUTES OF IN CHAMBERS - ORDER RE HEARING ON ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE by Judge Dolly M. Gee: On 8/21/2018, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause ("OSC") why Respondent Erica Boyle should not be compelled to provide the testimony that is demanded in the subject IRS summons #9 .
