September 13, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 3 Notice of Deficiency. On 9/10/2018, the Court received, through the United States Mail, a complaint arising under 42 U.S.C. 1983. Please be advised that the Court and Ironwood State Prison (ISP) are participants in a pilot project that requires all such documents to be scanned and submitted to the Court by electronic mail, General Order No. 18-02.
