MINUTE ORDER (IN CHAMBERS) by Magistrate Judge Paul L. Abrams: On July 6, 2021, the Court issued an Order Dismissing Complaint with Leave to Amend advising plaintiff that if he desired to pursue this action, he must file a First Amended Complaint no later than August 3, 2021, remedying the deficiencies. On August 3, 2021, the Court received plaintiff's change of address. ECF No. 8. Plaintiffs notice of change of address advised the Court that he had arrived at his new address on July 8. The notice was dated July 29, 2021. In light of the chance that plaintiff did not receive the Court's July 6, 2021, Order, plaintiffs First Amended Complaint is now due no later than September 20, 2021. The court clerk is instructed to send plaintiff the Court's Order Dismissing Complaint with Leave to Amend (ECF No. 6) along with this Order. (es)
