June 13, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER REGARDING PLAINTIFF'S COMPLAINT by Magistrate Judge John D. Early. The Court finds that the Complaint is subject to dismissal. Based on that finding, the Court provides Plaintiff with several options regarding how to proceed. Within thirty (30) days of this Order. Plaintiff must choose one of the following options and file the document required by that option: If Plaintiff believes the deficiencies set forth above can be remedied, Plaintiff shall file a First Amended Complaint attempting to remedy the defects of the Complaint. In addition, if Plaintiff wishes to proceed with this action, he is further Ordered to, within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, either pay the full filing fee ($402) or submit a compliant IFP Request Form, including a certified copy of his prisoner trust account statement or institutional equivalent for the last six months immediately preceding the filing of the Complaint.
