Aenlle-Rocha: The court, on its own motion, ORDERS Plaintiff to show cause in writing no later than January 13, 2023, why this action should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution. On November 23, 2022, the court ordered the parties to file a Joint Report pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) by December 30, 2022. (Dkt. #14 ). On December 30, 2022, Defendant Ford Motor Company filed a unilateral Rule 26(f) report stating that Defendant attempted to contact Plaintiff regarding the submission of a Joint Report, but Plaintiff did not respond. The Order to Show Cause will stand submitted upon the filing of an appropriate response. No oral argument will be heard unless otherwise ordered by the court. Plaintiff is advised that the court will consider the filing of a Joint Rule 26(f) Report, in full compliance with the federal rules, on or before January 13, 2023, as a satisfactory response to the Order to Show Cause. Failure to respond to the Order to Show Cause may result in dismissal of the action without further notice. The Scheduling Conference is continued to January 27, 2023.
