MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER REGARDING PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME AND ELECTRONIC FILING ACCESS [Dkt. 24] AND GRANTING PLAINTIFFS' MOTIONS TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS [Dkt. 18; Dkt. 19; Dkt. 20; Dkt. 21; Dkt. 22; Dkt. 23]. by Judge Sunshine Suzanne Sykes. Before the Court is Plaintiffs' motion requesting an extension of time to file an amended complaint and permission for electronic filing. [Dkt. 24]. Good cause appearing, the Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiffs' motion for an extension of time. Plaintiffs are instructed to file their amended complaint on or before March 3,2023. If Plaintiffs wish to apply for access to electronic filing, they may do so by completing Form CV-005, available at https://www.cacd.uscourts.gov/file/cv-005pdf. The Court has also reviewed the Plaintiffs requests to proceed in forma pauperis and finds that each has demonstrated his or her inability to pay the filing fees. It therefore GRANTS their requests.
