ORDER GRANTING STIPULATION FOR REMOTE APPEARANCE [DKT. NO. #17 ] by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: The parties filed a stipulation to appear remotely at the July 21 mandatory scheduling conference due to the medical condition of Plaintiff's lead counsel following his recent hospitalization. Dkt. No. #17 . Plaintiff's counsel has shown good cause to appear remotely by Zoom. The parties have not shown good cause for defense counsel to appear remotely. However, while the Court prefers for counsel to appear in person, it will permit defense counsel to appear remotely by Zoom this one time. Accordingly, the stipulation is GRANTED. The parties are cautioned that the Court expects them to appear in person in the future, absent a showing of good cause as to each attorney who requests a remote appearance. (jgr)
