Plaintiff requests a receipt for the deduction of the initial partial filing fee. (Reply 2.) The initial partial filing fee, and any further payments toward the full filing fee, will be reflected in docket entries in the case record. Plaintiff claims he did not authorize the deduction of the initial partial filing fee from his inmate trust account. Plaintiff seeks an explanation for the calculation of the initial partial filing fee and further payments. (Reply 2.) The Court refers Plaintiff to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b). Finally, Plaintiff asks the Court to note that his institution "still refuses to answer [his] grievances." (Reply 2.) The Court DEFERS to the Magistrate Judge to consider this merits issue in the first instance. (lc)
