MINUTE ORDER Order (1) DECLINING Supplemental Jurisdiction; (2) DISMISSING Plaintiffs State Law Claims (Causes of Action 2-5); and (3) ORDERING Plaintiff to File Notice of Intention to Proceed or Voluntary Dismissal (IN CHAMBERS) by Judge Jesus G. Bernal. After considering Williams's response #10 , the Court finds that exercising supplemental jurisdiction over her Unruh Act claim and other state law claims is not warranted. Accordingly, Williams's state law claims (causes of action 2-5 in the Complaint) are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to her filing them in state court. For the reasons above, the Court DISMISSES Plaintiffs state law claims (causes of action 2-5) WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO FILING IN STATE COURT. The Court further ORDERS Plaintiff to file a notice either indicating her intent to proceed with this case on the ADA claim alone, or voluntarily dismissing the action to enable hearing all her claims in state court, by August 10, 2023.
