ORDER OF REMAND by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: After Defendant Galls, LLC removed this case solely based on diversity jurisdiction, the Court pointed out that Defendant had not provided sufficient information for the Court to determine whether the parties were fully diverse and ordered Defendant to show cause why the case should not be remanded for lack of subject matter jurisdiction #15 . The Court gave Defendant another opportunity to provide the missing information #20 . The August 21 deadline has now passed, and Defendant has not filed a supplemental response to the Courts order. Accordingly, Defendant is deemed to have consented to remand. Because Defendant has not met its burden of establishing subject matter jurisdiction and consents to remand, this action is REMANDED to Riverside Superior Court, Case number CVRI2303056.
