ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY THE COURT SHOULD NOT DENY SUPPLEMENTAL JURISDICTION by Judge Sunshine Suzanne Sykes. In responding to this Order to Show Cause, Cooper shall identify the statutory damages he seeks to recover. Cooper and his counsel shall also support their responses to this Order with declarations, signed under penalty of perjury, providing all facts necessary for the Court to determine if they satisfy the definition of a high-frequency litigant as provided by California Civil Procedure Code 425.55(b)(1) & (2). Cooper shall file his response to this order no later than September 8, 2023. The Court further sets a hearing regarding this Order to Show Cause on September 29, 2023, at 1:00 PM via Zoom.
