ORDER ENTERING STIPULATION TO STAY TRUSTEE'S SALE by Judge Andre Birotte Jr.: The Court APPROVES the parties' Stipulation #9 and ORDERS that Defendant Specialized LOan Servicing, LLC ("SLS") will refrain from conducting a trustee's sale of the subject property located at 5731 Delamar Drive, Fontana, California 92336 for 180 days from the entry of this Order. Plaintiffs will make payments to SLS in the amount of $1,081.33 the first day of each month, beginning on 1/1/2024, and will make those payments to counsel of record for SLS. Should Plaintiffs fail to timely make any of these payments, SLS may apply for an order of the Court lifting this stay and the failure by Plaintiffs to timely make these payments shall be sufficient cause to lift the stay. The parties are ORDERED to file a Joint Report and Stipulation and Proposed Order by 6/10/2024. (gk)
