January 25, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 12 ORDER ON REQUEST TO PROCEED WITHOUT PREPAYMENT OF FILING FEES(PRISONER NON-HABEAS CASE) by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: On the question of indigency, the Court finds that Plaintiff: has not submitted enough information for the Court to tell if Plaintiff is able to prepay the full filing fee. This is what is missing: a certified copy of a trust fund statement for the last six months. Ruling on the Request #10 is POSTPONED for 30 days so that Plaintiff has the opportunity to provide: the missing information identified above. WITHIN 30 DAYS of date of this Order, Plaintiff must do the following: 1) Refile a fully completed CV-60P, accompanying this Order, including with the certificate of authorized officer and required certified copy of Plaintiff's prison or jail trust fund statement (or institutional equivalent) for the last six months; OR (2) Pay the full filing fee of $402. If Plaintiff does not comply with these instructions within 30 days, this case will be DISMISSED without prejudice. (lc)
