NOTICE AND ORDER by Judge Kenly Kiya Kato: On December 20, 2023, the Court issued its Order Setting Scheduling Conference, requiring the parties to "complete the Schedule of Pretrial Dates form attached to th[e] Order and attach it to the Joint Rule 26(f) Report." Dkt. #9 at 5. While the parties have filed their Joint Rule 26(f) Report, it does not include the required Schedule of Pretrial Dates form. Dkt. #14 . The parties are, therefore, in violation of the Court's December 20, 2023 Order. Dkt. #9 . Accordingly, the parties are ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE in writing no later than February 2, 2024, why they should not be sanctioned individually in the amount of $500 each for failing to comply with the Court's Order. Plaintiff is explicitly warned that failure to file a timely response may result in additional sanctions, including dismissal for failure to prosecute and/or comply with Court orders.
