MINUTES (In Chambers) Order GRANTING Defendant's Motion to Dismiss #8 by Judge Kenly Kiya Kato. Accordingly, the Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED and the Complaint is DISMISSED WITH LEAVE TO AMEND. Plaintiff shall file a First Amended Complaint no later than January 31, 2024.
