Therefore, the Court ORDERS the parties to SHOW CAUSE, in writing only, no later than August 27, 2026, why this Court should not stay this action in light of the class action settlement in Garza v. Swift Beef Company et al. No hearing will be held. Failure to timely and adequately comply with this order may result in dismissal of this action or other sanctions without further notice.
