JUDGMENT by Judge James V. Selna, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Government's Motion for Summary Judgment 24 be denied. Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment 25 is granted in part and denied in part. Remand is orde red to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service for an additional N-336 hearing to determine whether Plaintiff has the good moral character required for naturalization to be determined in accordance with this Court's decision.
