ORDER DISMISSING SUIT WITH PREJUDICE; AND WAIVING ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS by Judge James V. Selna re Stipulation to Dismiss Case 19 . The claims of Plaintiff in the foregoing matter are dismissed in their entirety with prejudice, puruant to t he Stipuation entered as to all defendants, as well as Defendant's past, present and future officers, supervisor, directors, attorneys, agents, subordinates, predecessors, and successors in interest and assigns, and all other persons, firms, or corporaions with whom any of the former have been, are now, or may hereafter be affiliated.
