ORDER DISMISSING ACTION ON NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT by Judge Cormac J. Carney. The Court having been advised by counsel that this aciton has been settled by Notice of Settlement of Entire Action, hereby orders this action dismissed without prejudice. D efendant's motion for summary judgment is dismssed as moot 11 . The Court hereby orders all proceedings in thie case vacated and taken off calendar.
