JUDGMENT by Judge Cormac J. Carney, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that: Plaintiffs Trustees of the Southern California IBEW-NECA Pension Plan, Trustees of the National Electrical Benefit Fund, Trustees of the Los Angeles County Electrica l Educational and Training Trust Fund, Trustees of the Southern California IBEW-NECA Health Trust Fund, Trustees of the Southern California IBEW-NECA Labor-Management Cooperation Committee, Trustees of the National IBEW-NECA Labor-Management Cooperat ion Committee, Contract Compliance Fund, Los Angeles Electrical Workers Credit Union, and National Electrical Industry Fund shall recover from defendant Matira Industrial, Inc. the principal amount of $157,916.96, plus pre-judgment and post-judgment interest thereon at the rate of four percent (4%) per annum from April 15, 2010, until paid in full.
