Filing 106 ORDER DISMISSING PLAINTIFFS COMPLAINT by Judge Cormac J. Carney: By order dated June 7, 2011 103 , this Court granted Defendants motion to dismiss Mr.Kronks federal claims, leaving only two state-law claims remaining in this action. The Court also i ssued an order to show cause to Mr. Kronk regarding the basis for this Courts jurisdiction over the remaining claims 105 . Mr. Kronk did not respond to the Courts order. Accordingly, the Court declines to exercise its supplemental jurisdiction over the two remaining state-law claims pursuant to 28 U.S. § 1367(c)(3) and DISMISSES this action for failure to comply with this Courts order.
