MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS): ORDER by Judge James V. Selna: finding as moot #6 Motion to Dismiss. On July 22, 2011, Defendants United States Powerlifting Federation, Inc., David Jeffrey, Courtney Stanley, and Ted Isabella (collectively, USPF) filed a motion to dismiss the Complaint of Plaintiff Steve Denison (Denison). (Docket No. 6.) On August 8, 2011, Denison filed the First Amended Complaint (FAC). (Docket No. 8.) In light of the filing of the FAC, USPFs motion to dismiss the Complaint is moot. Accordingly, the Court denies the motion without prejudice as moot and vacates the August 22, 2011 hearing. Fed. R. Civ. P. 78; L.R. 7-15. (ade)
