Staton: The Court having granted Defendants' Motions to Dismiss the Complaint of Plaintiff Jeffrey Goffman and Maria Goffman pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) on March 25, 2015 (Doc. 14), Plaintiffs having failed to move for leave to file an amended complaint within twenty-one (21) days thereof, and for good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that: Plaintiff's Complaint is dismissed in its entirety; Judgment shall be and is hereby entered in favor of Defendants; and Plaintiff shall recover nothing against Defendants.
