MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS): ORDER Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Remand 12 and Order Denying Defendants' Motion to Compel Arbitration 13 by Judge James V. Selna: For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS Esqueda's Motion to Remand and DENIES AS MOOT Defendants' Motion to Compel Arbitration. However, in light of Defendants' request at oral argument, the Court stays the effectiveness of the remand for 30 days so that Defendants may attempt to seek relief from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
